It is pretty much standard. I use the same cable for the CHNC-1 as with my Haas VF-2's. I'll check my books later, but generally any standard cable should work.

Hello everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help out with this. I have a chnc I with a seimens controller that I am trying to export the programs from. I was told that years ago the company used a cnc for coder box to do this, well that's gone now. So now I have a copy of codeshark downloaded to transfer out the programs and a cable that I was told is for a fanuc controller but I do not belive it will work for the seimens. Any thoughts on this ol girl?

Two Haas VF-2's, Haas HA5C, Haas HRT-9, Hardinge CHNC 1, Bother HS-300 Wire EDM, BobCAD V23, BobCAD V28
The 25D and 9D are pretty much standard RS232.
One example of pin out and fully populated or jumpered hanshake 3 wire cable is here.
It is a Fanuc, but should be the same pin out.
