Need Help

We have an older Conquest T42 with a Fanus 18T control that was working fine the last time it was run, which was several weeks ago. When it was fired up today it had several alarms which are (1040 - Low Hydraulic Pressure), (1000 - OVL {OL-1 & OL-4}), and (1012 - Coolant pump overload). Any ideas??

Those are fed to the PMC as 24vdc inputs. I would check the 24 volt power supply. If that checks OK then see if those inputs are on the same I/O board. You may have tripped a breaker that feeds the I/O due to a short some where

To drdos, you were correct, we have a weak transformer within the power supply.
