I'm having a problem with a high speed vertical grinding centre. When I run the program in AI Nano there is a hesitation at the start point of the diameter. It slows down so much that it leaves a witness line all the way up one side of the hole. The control is an Fanuc 18i-MB on a Chevalier VGC. I have tried to simulate the hesitation on a First V43 high speed mill and a Dahlih MCV by changing the parameters to match, but have not been able too. Does anyone have a suggestions that I can look at to try and rid the machine of the hesitation?? |
