Has anyone ever done any thread rolling on a lathe with parts that are 35 RC or harder. Just quoted a job that they want the threads rolled after hardening. Looking for a rough info on life of the rolls or anything else that would help. I also will be sawing and turning this while its hard too. Thanks |
