Question abt 4-axis CNC with HSM technique

Hey guys, I am new in CNC and now I am having a project.

I have no idea what to do because I don't really understand what kind/shape of parts/component need to b machined with 4-axis.

Anyone can show me example and explain reason the part requires 4-axis?
