I need to drill a 5/64" hole in 1000 pieces and would like to be able to drill it and deburr it in one process. The hole must be .215" deep so that is out of the reach of a #2 center drill. What are my choices for this? Do I need a custom step drill? Thanks, Adam |

| I've used these, very pleased with their performance... Vernon Devices, manufacturers of CHAM-BIT, the Variable position chamfer tool. Drill and deburr or chamfer in one operation.
