8 month old vf4 , LCD backlight has gone out a couple of times and refuses to start back up . It normaly goes out as what I assume is a screen saver feature about every 10 minutes or so , on a number of occasions last week it will no light back up at all, no amount of button pushing, reset estop etc will bring it back to life. I have to shut the machine down and reboot to bring it back to life. Its done it twice this week , rather irritating . The monitor is still displaying, I can shine a bright light at it and see the screen but just no back light. Is this a software issue and how do I resolve? Called HFO on Friday noon  |

| Wouldn't this be covered under your warranty ? |
