| Program O02020 is the warm up cycle, if you don't have this in your machine you can write your own. Start at 500rpm and program a G04 P200. for a pause of 200 seconds, then 1000rpm with same pause, then 2000, 4000 etc until you reach top speed.

| we have a tm2 and use the following with table moves as well starts off slow feed and slow spin, and gradually gets faster. if you want longer then just change the loop counts we set G126 to approx the center of the travels in x,y and z about 150mm from top stroke. | In between the spindle speed change I move the table around the 4 corners at 5% rapid. I think that will hopefully lube the linear ways because I seldom use up the full X or Y travel range during normal operation. |
