Haas TM-1 Network Error Code 971

I have a Haas TM-1 that is throwing a 971 error code that is not allowing the drviers for the hard disk, network, and usb drives to load. I've contacted the distributor and they are telling me it may be the network board.

It's gonna cost me $285.00 minimum to have them come out to service it which is to zero the system and reload the os.

Does anyone have any ideas?
