engraving background program

does anyone know how i can get a copy of the haas program o09876 for my vf3ss.
it is the program that the engraving cycle uses for the cycle and it seems someone deleted it out of the machine.

i tried to use the g47 cycle recently and it would do nothing after positioning except return home.

i emailed the "answer man" but got no reply yet.
anyone seen this program anywhere?

it is a program for all characters to engrave with g47 cycle so i figure it is fairly large in size.

as I hang my head in shame I have figured out my problem.
I didn't have the (####) on my line, as soon as I used the # instead of the
actual numbers it worked fine in both machines.
sorry to waste your time with my own stupidity but thanks for the effort.
