Machine will not power on

Hello everyone, i have a haas HS-2RP and have been having some power up issue's. When machine is powered on i get a long sustained beep with a blank screen,
voltage to the machine is good,
breakers and fuses are all good
no fault LED's are on any of the drives
Keypad doesnt work

machine will stay like this for about 20-30 minutes before the beep stops and then the screen turns on, machine then goes through it's usuall boot-up screens.

Anyone ever have a problem like this?

Did you check the leds thats on the processor board? They light up as the processor runs checks on the system. I can get the sequence from our hs1 manual if you dont have it. They will give you an idea of whats going on. It should be on the top left corner in the cabinet and the one in the back of the other two. At least thats where it is on an hs1.
