Need Help! Need to move tool changer on HS-1 - CNCzone.com-The Largest Machinist Community on the net!

I was wondering how to get the tool changer to come out manually on a HS-1? Can't do a power up or a restore and I want to get in to check out a couple of switches.

Does the Tool changer move out at all when you try to power up? I recently had to change a tool changer door switch. I did the power up restart and when the tool changer moved out to zero I hit the Estop so it would stay out to get the extra room to check out and change the switch. You can also push the tool changer door open by hand and clamp it open, but this doesnt give much room for troubleshooting.
