VF3 part circuit schematic required please | | Hi all,
This is my first post, within CNCzone.....so please forgive any wrongs!
Strange, perhaps unusual and long post!!!!!!!!.....VF3 mill owners will probably never forgive me!!!!!!
I urgently require the circuit schematic (even perhaps the plug wiring/input output details) for a new Toshiba VF3D-0874F IGBT driver board (part # P6580874G).....sorry I cannot be more specific of exactly which machine it's out off......I've researched the web quite extensively and have concluded it's most likely from a Haas VF3 vertical milling machine.....I could be wrong of course.....maybe it's a VFD driver board?
I would be very grateful if someone could either PM me (if they do not want to post this info publicy on site) and I can then pass on my email address if required to arrange private exchange of info.
I require this circuit info with the intention of utilising the parts off this board as the basis for the isolated IGBT driver stage of my present long-haul project of a "all singing, all dancing" 200 to 300 amp singlephase AC/DC squarewave TIG welder. This project is now in it's final stages (no pun intended!).....I've all the control stages designed and tested so I'm just looking at this as a cheapish and reliable design option (as I have this new unused board lying around.).
I've been involved within the electronics repair industry (past 30 years) so I understand what mods will have to be done (as I see this board is for driving a 3 phase load) whereas I will be requiring it to drive a full H-bridge type load. (2x 400A dual Powerex IGBT modules)
Again to conclude what I require........
Service diagram (circuit schematic) of a VF3D-0874F driver printed circuit board.......especially interested in pinout / datasheet of the Toshiba S6655 isolated thick-film IGBT driver module (6 of these on this pcb....black 12 pin single inline device)
really hope someone can help,
many thanks for your time,
John (DIY_TIG)
PS....perhaps maybe someone has a couple of cheapish 400Amp IGBT driverboards for sale??.....eg. CT Concept 2SC0435T or Powerex BG2Bs......or swap for this new board? |
