Need Help!- Network issues

1. We are able to see the drive on the Haas Mill and the folders from our PC. In this case the folder name is VF3PRO under Data. When we try to save a file to the VF3PRO folder we are denied permission??? Can't figure out why?

2. We are unable to see the shared folder on the PC from the Haas Mill. When we try to access the folder we receive a 'directory_permission_denied' message. We have Administrator rignts on the PC and all permissions are wide open. Any ideas please?

3. At various times we have been asked for userid/password when accessing the Mill. Where or how does one find or set the password and userid?

We would appreciate any feedback or perhaps a link on the Internet which might address these issues. Much appreciated for any help.

Have you tried setting a username/pw into settings 137 and 138 in your control?
