Solution: 1. Put a 1# cracking pressure check valve in aluminum coolant line close to nozzle manifold. 2. Change supply hoses off coolant manifold around so that factory check valve goes to chip pan. Result: pressure is no longer able to reside in coolant manifold to head hose--pressure dissipates instantly thru pump, check valve prevents air entering thru nozzle. Chip pan check valve prevents air from entering system thru chip pan nozzle. It's just sometimes better to get pissed off that to get pissed on.
