Has anyone noticed that the amount of service information given over the phone has dropped since the recession? Now the service guy's just want to send a tech to your shop and not trouble shoot it over the phone.    |

| That is maybe better than your dealer putting the service techs on a three day week so it is not possible to get service some days.

| Just wondering if it is just my HFO or is it all the HFO's cutting back on phone support. I understand their position in the pass i rarely use them for sservice since the phone support has lead me in the right direction. then I was able to take it from there. Now they are very vague |
