VF2 Turrent Fail

This is strange but every time I go to tool number 2 I get turrent rotate fault it doesnt seem to happen on other tools could be coincidence can someone please help Thanks

Carousel changer I guess; have you cleaned it out thoroughly? If it is a newish machine it will have proximity sensors and these can false trigger with chips getting close to them.
