We have a EC1600 Haas mill with the 4th axis table. We would like to connect a Haas Indexer With its own Servo controller to machine. Haas originallt sent us the mfinin cable to connect, it did not work, now they said that we need to purchase extra hardware to do this. We are not looking for full 5th axis. Just a simple M21 code to tell indexer to index. If anyone has info it would be appreciated  |

| It sounds like you need to connect the external servo control to your machine, via the bottom serial port (one serial cable). Have you done that? I don't think there is anything else necessary.
