| I have seen the Zero Return Margin Too Small alarm on other Haas machines and one reason has been chips on the proximity sensors that detect when the axis is in position; that or a sticky microswitch. You must have tried Auto Restart? How about Zero Return, B, Singl just to zero the B axis? If it does not move with either of these can you jog it by turning on the Setting 'Jog Without Zero Return' and then try homing it from a different position. Do this carefully with the Current Command screen up so you can see the servo loads and tell if you are overloading the B servo. That ends my list of hints.
