Yes you can program A7000. for the first cut and A14000. for the next but I think a limit comes up because you cannot input more than 5 digits ahead of the decimal or something like that.
But you do not need to 'unroll' the full 7000. Look up QUICK ROTARY G28 in the Manual. It is either a SETTING or a PARAMETER or both; actually there are two functions that have to be turned on. One is QUICK ROTARY G28 and the other is CIRCLE WRAP.
When these are on and you command G28 A0. the rotary will unroll to the closest zero point. For instance if you are at 361.0 it will unroll 1 degree and home there, if you are at 359.0 it will unroll 359 degrees.
In your case 7000.0 is a little bit past 19 revolutions which is 6840.0 so your rotary will unroll 160. degrees and home there.
