If I understand your question.
Go to the LIST PROG page
Type in O####
Then hit the WRITE/ENTER key
That will start an entirely new PGM
I don’t use quick code so I hope this helps
I'm sorta new to the CNC world and am the programer of a Super VF2.
I just realized that when I go into the Quick Codes and add to current program I've always replaced the O##### not realizing that it doesn't save the old O#####.
So how would I create a new program w/o using another one?
Does that even make sence?
Thanks!

We got the machine used from a HFO.
It's a 2004 I think.
It came with a black Programers / Operators guide. I looked threw it and couldn't find anything on that.
I'm still using a lot of VQC's now while I learn G-code and stuff.
Thanks for the help!

Might be of some use.

Thanks for the manuals link!
I'm saving it in the favorites!
Yeah I've programed before on a Bridgeport V2XT. (Standard J2 Bridgeport w/ a Computer hanging off the side)
That was 5 years ago so I'm just cleaning out the cobwebs for a bit.
THis is my first CNC with flod coolant that I've programed! Thats quite a plus.
OK... I'm done rambleing.![]()

I learned conversational programming on an Bridgeport EZ Track DX, then we got into high production with Haas machines and learned G code and have been writing G code programs for 13 years now. The other day, the machining centers were tied up for a one off, so I decided to program a hole interpolation on the EZ and was totally lost with the conversational language....I felt like a moron lol
