| Seems like I remember getting the same thing on my mini mill. On mine one of the proximity sensors had gotten a chip on it. I had to hunt around and find all the sensors for the tool changer, and wipe them off. After that it worked fine. |

| On a 1994 machine they will be microswitches. It is possible of the microswitchs for the shuttle is stuck. One is visible on the track the shuttle moves along the other is behind the covers at the opposite end. Check that these are working correctly.

| I've had the relays on the IO board "stick". They get carbon on the contacts and don't release fast enough, so you get an alarm. You can remove the relays, take the clear plastic cover off and clean the contacts. I used to use a diamond nail file on them. I'd order a few spares to have on hand. |
