I powered my VF2 lst night for the first time and I have a X Axis limit switch error, actually it only seems to let me home the Z axis. Anyway i am going to see what is going on with the switch but, if I need a new one who is a good parts vender. |

| It is not likely you need a new switch. You say 'power down for the first time'; how long has the machine been powered up? It is likely that the switch is sticking because it only ever gets actuated during the Auto Restart homing sequence; normal operation nevers operates the switch. Take the covers off and operate the switch by hand while spraying it with light oil or WD 40, or possibly Methanol (Methyl Hydrate). Methanol is very god for dissolving coolant residue.
