Alarm 157 Haas VF3-SS

First post, yay!
So I just got back from vegas, and our VF3-SS is throwing a Alarm 157 MOCON WATCHDOG, accompanied by a 253 Electrical Overheat. Now its safe to assume the 253 is a by product of the 157 as it throws it as soon as you power it up so its obviously not over heated.
The air filter was replaced not to long ago and the fans are all functioning porperly.
On the boards the Phase Detect lights are not lit up, pass or fail.
LE22 is flashing red, and LE41 is lit up.
On the A3 board the stat light flashes 4 times, pauses, and cycles that same pattern. That one appears to be a solid light on the other machines that are functioning properly.
Now I found a list of alarms that provide a much better explanation than your standard owners manual, and it says to test +12 -12 and +5 volt power at the Mocon PCB. I'm assuming that would be the A3 board, but I'm not altogether sure.
It also recomends disconnecting a number of the P cables to issolate the problem. I'm gonna give that a go, but I'm hoping someone can offer a suggestion on where to go from there.
Thanks
Ryan Shields

Well so far the unplugging cables bit didnt work. The last cable is the power on/off switch, so obviously you cant see if thats it lol. I tested the power going to the board and its all well within the appropriate range.
Testing the power going out isnt very accessable but I'm working on that at the moment.
Any help?

Wow did I stump everyone lol
I'm getting consistent reading on the +5 +12 & -12 coming into the mocon board, so I'm removing the low voltage power supply as a possibility.
I tried testing the power going out using the P30 plug which is what the board cover says. I'm not finding the 12's on any of the pins, so it almost looks like the board is losing the 12's between the power in and out.
I'm waiting for our local HFO to call back, but I'm guessing at this point the mocon board took a dump.
Anyways, if anyone has any suggestions that'd be great, otherwise I'll be posting the resolution when I get there.

Thanks for the reply. I had come to that conclusion but the owner is being wishy washy as to whether he wants to pay the local HFO for the service call or have me do it.
I'm a little hessitant cause if for some reason thats not it were stuck with a $700 board, but I'm pretty sure it is.
So I'm trying to get a tech from HAAS on the phon to see if there is a way to confirm that without swapping it out.
Thanks again for the reply.

If you do start palying with the boards don't forget a wrist ground strap. Haas boards for some reason are easily damaged by static.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll definately get one from the clean room before I do the swap.
I'll update this thread if changing out the board solves the prob. Got it on order and it looks like the owner wants me doing the install.
Looks easy enough anyways, I think the motherboard on my computer is more complex.
Now I got another machine throwing a spindle fault error... When it rains it poors I guess.
