how to hook probe to tm3 mill - CNCzone.com-The Largest Machinist Community on the net!

I am in the process of making my own digitizing probe like this one http://www.vinland.com/Touch-Probe.html and was wondering how you physically hook this to the mill.I am using a tm3.Once i get this hooked up what do i need as far as software to digitize on the haas.Any help or links would be greatly appreciated thanks.

On the IO board , left side , around middle in heigth search for a P33 ( when I am not wrong or P31 ) SKIP plug , that is what you need.

I found a 4 prong plug on the board that is marked p3 90 amp and says probe beside it so i'll assume it goes there but does anyone know how the probe should be wired? the plug has two d shapes and two square shapes.once i get this probe wired does anyone know if the haas comes with the software to be able to digitize?
