What is the story om the 2008 Stimulas Act?

I've seen this on the Haas site and the Flow Jet email I just got, "Tax savings from the 2008 Stimulus Act could completely cover your machine payments for over a year!"

What exactly does it mean? Are there any links out there I can follow up on it?

Basically, it's how they're letting you depreciate your machine (up front or over time). If you have enough revenue stream to need the write-off, the depreciation will effectively cover the payments. At least that's how I understand it.
