All of the manuals and training materials are available on their website:

They should also be in the manual, stored on the back of each machine's control pendant.
I recently recieved a VF-4 and VF-6 5Axis in my shop. Well the Air Force was nice enough to send me to the Sandbox the week they were installed. So when I got here low and behold a VF-4! Since I have CNC experience on other machines I now need to learn this control.
1) How do you upload a .TXT file to run the program using the USB port.
2) How do I set tool length off-sets since the probe is broken?
Step by step or a page from a book they might have here somewhere would be GREAT!
Thanks in Advance for any help anyone can give me!

Thanks I'll look at the online manual.
The old way. Use a feeler guage, piece of paper or block of metal with a known hight. Come down close, drop into 0.0001 manual movement and come down until you get a little drag on your spacer under the tool, set the tool offset and add in your spacer to the tool offset.
Thanks, but that part I know how to do. It was the control portion I needed. Thanks for your help.
Go to setting 64,when using the probe,it should be off,When not using the probe,it should be on. Once setting has been changed,Bring one tool to Z surface in one micron tolerance,go to w/shift offsets,Z,w/shift measure, tool offsets o.oo for this tool. Bring next tool down to Z surface, within one micron,go to tool offsets, press tool offset measure, carry on through you list of tools this way.
Hope you win
