Let's see: There's no actual picture of the part, the price is, in my opinion, way too low, and the dude can't even spell 'machinist'. For something as important as pull studs, I wouldn't even consider these. Try here: http://www.maritool.com/Retention-Kn..._68/index.html

I bought some of those off of e-bay, I liked the cheap price. I tossed them all, the quality was fine, but look at the drawing, they are not a proper pull stud. They have no shoulder(on edit "pilot") on them. Go here to see, btw, 9.95 for proper pulls studs, even for a Haas http://www.fadalcnc.com/#Retention%20Knobs. Frank Mari explained a lot about pull studs over on the PM board a while back. CNC forum, something about broken pull studs. Worth a read if you get a chance.

Good Morning all, It does pay to buy good tooling without a doubt, A savings of $3.00 is not worth the sweat. By the way those digital Phase convertors shown on the FadalCNC website are pretty cool. You can get around some of the Power company restrictions of over sized motors for a rotary phase convertors by using these. There are older inline phase convertors that don't work as well for CNC machines. Eagle
