Hi, I'm looking at a 5C indexer on ebay and wanted to buy a control separately. The indexer seems to have 14 pins and the controls I have seen so far have 7pins and 17 pins. Anyone know how many variations there are or how hard they might be to find? Thanks in advance. |

The 14 and 17 pin versions are similar. You can get adapter cables to run a 17 pin rotary with a 14 pin box & vice-versa. These are brush type servo motor versions. The 7 pin models are stepper type motors & the control/motor is not compatible with any other. If you cannot locate a used control box,try calling the Haas Factory Outlet in Allendale,NJ/NY. They may be able to help. |
