I need some help. My old VF1 is giving me a little trouble right now. My machine is giving me various alarms at different times. I've gotten a 139,140,141 alarms. This only happens when my rapid is at 100%. I can run flawless all day at 25%. I have recently had to swap out some relays on the my turret rotate faults I was getting. I'm wondering if this might be a similiar issue. This is a vintage 1991 machine. If this machine runs all day at 25% wouldn't you think its a feedback situation? I can jog the machine as fast as I can turn the handwheel with no problem. Any ideas would be appreciated!    |
