im trying to find a dd 1/32 collet with 180 dia. i can't find one in any of the purchasing books. im tryin to use a #72 drill (.025) for one of my programs. does anyone know where i can purchase one?

A DR16 collet chuck with a .5-1mm ER16 collet would work. We use them all the time for tiny drills. Hope this helps.

Here is a link to http://www.coventrytoolholders.co.uk/pdfs/page121.pdf with drawing & sizes of DA collets, but the smallest size they list is 2mm-5/64"
