Anyone have leads to a newer VF7? I need the side mount tool changer. I am having a hard time finding one for sale online. I am just looking to do some light drilling and tapping. Also has anyone heard of Flowdrill and know how to use it? It is for drilling holes in thin material, extruding the material out. |

| I am sorry I cant help you with the VF7. However I can help you with knowledge about Flowdrill. The size of thread will determin the machine parameters. Generally a machine with 2 hp and 2000 rpm can do the most common thread sizes. If you wish to do larger NPT threads you will be looking at having a more powerful machine. If you found your VF7 you will be able to do almost all thread sizes. The holes should give you equivalent pull out strength to weld nuts or inserts. If you have any questions about Flowdrill you could message me as I have had a lot of direct experience with it. |
