Need Help!- Low voltage code 160

I am new to this.

I have a HAAS VF-OE 11998
I keep getting a low voltage code 160
My line voltage is 211 on a 208 machine.
I am on the lowest tap.
Voltage on the output of the vector drive is 347 dc
I have that at the amplifiers also.
I found the bus voltage to be dropping constantly in the diagnostics page.
The parameter is set for 200 vdc
The factory tells me to measure the bus voltage on j3 which is supposed to be a three pin plug.
I have a ten pin plug.
Where can I measure the bus voltage to be sure it is correct and not a defect somewhere.
The machine runs fine until the voltage drops to the parameter and then shuts off.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

DCWhat are the conditions that cause the low voltage alarm?

I had a machine that gave this alarm during spindle acceleration because the DC buss voltage would drop when the machine was pulling a lot of current.

I solved the problem by changing Parameter 196 C ACCEL LIMIT LOAD. This parameter controls the spindle load during acceleration and the factory setting is 195, I changed it to 120 so the machine pulled less current and the DC buss voltage did not drop as much.
