I couldn't find a Haas lathe forum so I'll post here. I have an SL-30 that we barfeed on. I have to manual change the tailstock hold point for each part that we run. Is there a way to change setting 107 in the program with macro or even g10?

| You can rapid and feed the tailstock as a B axis instead. If you feed (G01 G98 F10.) from a rapid clearance point, it will work. According the my manual here, the F value doesn't matter, it will only move at one feed rate. Just check your SL-30's manual in the "operation" section, then find the tailstock section. This will work without using setting 107. |
