What are the considerations when machining styrofoam or EPS?
How to get a good surface finish and clean up the mess?
What type of cutting tool is best?

Hi: We use solid carbide 2 Flute, and use a vaccum cleaner mounted to the Z axis on the VMC. Easy to cut ,crank up the feeds and speeds to determine what works best.
We cut blue SM.
