Is there a setting in the machine that I can change, so that when a program comes to an M01 and the machine stops, I can manually remove the tool from the spindle without pressing reset and restarting the program at the correct line? Thanks, Matt |

| I have never run a Haas, but on every machine I have run you just switch into a handle mode, change the tool and switch back to run and hit the green button. Note manually moving an axis while in handle can produce undesirable results on some machines. Edit: Changing the tool includes changing the tool offsets if needed. |
