When we home the machine, it comes up with alarm #194, B zero return margin too small. We swap cable, indexer unit and still the same. Sometimes jog the indexer for 360 degrees or so and it homes fine. Could it be from the controller board? Thanks |

Probably a dirty microswitch sticking or a chip on a proximity detector.
