Geof will become famous soon enough

I have not had this on a machine but years ago I had this kind of message on some computer controlled equipment I was building. It meant there was something major wrong down in the firmware somewhere. Sorry to be pessimistic but I think the minimum you need is a visit from a Haas tech with a disc containing a software reload with the maximum being a new processor board.

A "No Interrupt" alarm means that the Mocon and the CPU are not talking. Check the power supply connection in the the lower right corner of the Motion Control PCB (Located in the upper left inside the control under the sheet metal cover).

The red wire should have 5VDC. If this 5 volts drops out you will usually get motor overheats as well (thermal switches run off of 5vdc too).

Could be a loose connection or a low voltage power supply going bad.

if you power on the machine do you see x y z overheats in the alarm history if so you need a new lvps the computer style power supply haas sells a new solid state one now $300.00 but you can source the old one and modify the power cable i think it is an at power supply 200w
