the only thing that i do is when i clean the machine i wipe the linear guide ways clean, and i always try to keep chips from building up on them, the most important is lube

I have a 2000 TM 1 which has run flawless since purchase and I'm just starting to experience some small issues with, which I can live with. I have kept machine clean and lubed since day one. Is there any other service that I need to be doing, or any maintanence procedures that I should look into before I have some major issues. (ex. backlash adj. , way wipers replaced )
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

f1jdm,
Keep all of your axial fans clean and make sure that thay are running. Heat is the # ONE problem with electronic failures.
Just a good ol' boy, never meanin' no harm.
