I have a 2000 TM1, yesterday I was getting a spindle cable fault during operation and machine would shut down, today I'm getting a 146 y limit switch, 165 and 166 zero ret margin too small. When reset it may run 10 parts and it may run 3. Any suggestions would be appreciated |

| Check all the cable connectors for the Y axis and spindle to make sure they are tight; things can rattle loose. Also check for a sticking limit switch on the Y axis; this can give the zero return margin error if it is gummed up and moves slowly.
