VF-3 Manual?

Does anyone have a spare manual for a VF 3 (March 2000) , that they no longer need or know were I can get one from?

The manuals for all of the vertical mills are the same and you can download them from the Haas site.

Hi Everybody,
I'm looking to resolve a problem on HAAS VF-3 (2000) !!
when i start the machine, i have ggggggggggggg.... carateres on the desktop
and the keybord and RESET doses not function.

Sounds like the keyboard may have a stuck "G" button.

You should start a new thread though.

I seen this problem before, this is a symptom of a bad processor or processor board going bad, you should contact your local HFO for a qoute on a new CPU.

Our company is based in Tunisia (tunis) and we are blocked to find a representative based in Tunisia.
the two board who the problem seems localized are : keyboard/video board or CPU Board. However, how much each one ? and where we can buy them ?

To me, this is more a symptom of a keypad.

I would definitely start smaller and try a keypad first!

I will try to send you a video to explain the problem, then you can solve if it's a real keyboard problem or not.

Disconect the keypad from the Keypad interface, then power up the machine and see if the lower case gggg re-appear.. if they re-appear is not a keypad problem.
