OUR VF3 ALARMED OUT W/ # 117. IT WILL NOT ENGAGE INTO HIGH GEAR.
MANUAL STATES : CHECK BREAKER CB4... CAN'T LOCATE CB4

PLEASE ADVISE.

cb4 is one of the brakers on the right hand side of the pannel I think its marked solenoide braker.I dont think you will be that lucky
