from what i've heard from this is that its not in a gear, that its floating inbetween high and low. The alarm will not clear and the air pressure is fine. any help i can get on this wonderful alarm would be awesome. have a great day! |

| It sounds like the servo is corroded. We have had this problem in the past and it was the result of moisture in the air line. If you need a quick fix, try putting M41 OR M42 (high and low gear override codes) in the program in the line above your spindle rotation and speed comand . Note: Surface footage may need to be adjusted if tapping or heavy machining is taking place. Hope this helps. |

| Thanks for the help! I drilled the holes in the solenoid and put everything back together and it works great again. There was a little bit of debris that may have been blocking the holes, but i just wanted to thank ya'll once again for the help. |
