what is the 2nd home button, do all machines have it, and how do you use it?

a 2nd home button will return the machine to the position offset programmed into G129.

look on page 12 of your mill operator's manual but it doesn't say where this button is or if all machines should have it.

Second home button is an option .... it would be on the left side of the pendant ... $309.00 if not

and how do you use it?

We have optioned all our machine with the second home button. We Set G129 to be the opposite of X & Y machine home. It makes it very easy when cleaning the machine to jog from on limit to the other.

the second home button is a huge help when working with the larger formate machines to set up a loading position or some other odd position you go to a lot.
