| Now that I've had it, I wouldn't be caught dead without it. You'll soon be using it for lots of stuff...deep slots with endmills held in collets, insert drills, through coolant carbide drills, reamers held in collets, etc. Be aware, though, that the max RPM while using TSC is limited to 10,000, and it will lengthen your cycle times a little because it has to be flowing before the spindle will start, and it has to stop, then purge the spindle with air before moving on or doing a tool change. |

| Tree hunnert (300). The insert drills I use (TMX) call for something like 40psi TSC minimum, so 300 is more than adequate and lets me run faster feedrates. Good stuff. To be honest, I don't even know what you'd need 1,000psi for. |

| 1000psi enhances the effect even more. There was a study done on lathe, I think, where cutting speeds were able to increase 5-10 times with the correct application of high pressure coolant!!!!! search the Modern machine shop online archive for the article.
