Hi ladies and gents I am about to get a Haas VF2 (hopefully will be 2007 model) and cad cam package to go with it. I hear a lot of stories about vf2 on this forum make me confuse (good and not so good). What about copy of Haas made in China or Taiwan or India. Are those machines any good and reliable. I am starting on my own and i dont have big $. Cad Cam querries: i am using master cam from mc 7 to mcx2 and it works for me all the time 2d 3d 4,5 axis. My questions are which machine to pick. Haas or cheap machine. Master cam or one cnc. Catia v5 or unigraphic.(I worked in toolmaking, automotive, aerospace, cad cam cnc design and machining). Cheers |

| I haven't heard of any HAAS Knock Offs LOL. I have a friend that works for Allendale Machinery not 10 minutes from my house. They Deal primarily with HAAS. You should be able to get a seat of MCX2 through your HAAS Dealer as well.
