The VF2SS runs DOS v8.2 for an operating system on a 386 processor (remember the 386? 2 revs before the pentium?)... their software fix was likely an OS driver patch. It only took them 13 years to write it. Thats service.

VF2SS Ethernet / HD / USB FIX Haas has a fix for the freezing problem, it works pretty well. It only needs a software update. I'm very happy with their service. I wish that other cnc manufactures can be this supportive.

they do not use the 386 anymore not sure if it was a 386 the newer processor is much faster and better although it did take them a while to catch up if it works don't fix it
