Does HASS give discounts for purchasing their products at trade shows?

I usually here of the "$1000.00 Westec Show discount" on machines in the VF2 size.

They had discounts around IMTS on models that they had on display at the show. You didn't have to buy them at the show, just around the dates of the show. There was some leeway with that as well.

I am planing to attend the westec show in LA this month does anybody know of a close by place to stay at.
