main haas board

our main board on our 1996 vf1 blew today and haas uk want mega money anybody know of some where i might be able to buy a replacement board new or reconditioned it is the board that is located at the bottom left of of the control cabinet not sure of the part number yet any suggestiond would be appreciated thanks

is it the IO board? what blew on it ? what is not working? I might be able to help

i can get a new one here from hass here in usa better price than uk i bet let me know what the board number is and ill call the dealer here in town and ask how much.maybe they haver a used or repaired one

it is the io board not sure what blew just that the tool changer is not working and after putting a board in from a simalar machine it worked again.
i have tried relpacing the power transitor on the board and it has had all new relays the tracks on the back of the board seem ok the resitors next to the relays seem fine but the dam thing just won't work.

i don't have the part number to hand but will post in on here tommorow when i get to work.

I'm getting to the point of wanting to add/upgrade my machine controller or software level , for the quick code and memory! does anyone know where I can get used parts, maybe someone that upgraded from ver16 to a later ver?
I have ver. 4 now and upgrade only to ver16
I looking upgrade my 1994 Haas VF2 milling machine.
I got these part #'s from Selway!
what would be nice is to find someone that has upgraded from 16 to 12 and still has the 16 stuff laying around!
