haas live tooling

Hello everyone i am new to the zone. I am a programmer in a small manufacturing shop. 90 percent of our work is military contracts.I also program in MCAM9.1. My question is, i was able to make a hex on our HAAS SL30 w/live tooling but the flats have a slight radius to them, Iam using a G77. Has anyone had this problem if so can you help.

I never use any of those canned cyles. It is so much easier to just use the cartesian feature.

If the radius you are talk about is at where the two flat intersect and it is normal. it is there for a purpose of take away the burr and sharp corners.
